Unfortunately because problems with paypal, the majority of PTC (pay to click) to require that you have an account on the Alertpay to be able to continue to click and earn money. I think it works the same way as PayPal, free, without problems, etc., and i just found a little confusing to register, but none of the other world.

AlertPay is not a PTC, but a payment system similar to PayPal.
